1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a key role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and management.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors for process improvements.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic math, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
