Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The role involves selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and possess good communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
