We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring that merchandise is prepared and delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately for store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and address any concerns.
• Work independently within designated responsibilities.
• Achieve budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
