1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operations of the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leaders.
• Inspect product quality and assist in process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of company policies, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
