1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
