1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, your responsibilities include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and operational excellence. Additionally, you will be required to comply with company policies, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
