Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. If you are passionate about efficiency, organization, and teamwork, this role is for you. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise to ensure our stores are well-stocked and customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to achieve goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
