1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading international retail pioneer. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to collaborate, show resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
