1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position offering 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
