1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a Package Handler, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling stock, fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse processes run smoothly. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to maintain a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
