Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and starts at $23.75 per hour. As a package handler, your primary responsibilities include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and organizing goods for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and provide input for process improvements. This role requires individuals who are 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, success-driven mindset, and efficiency in organizing and executing tasks. The ability to lift, move, and operate equipment safely is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical movements.
