Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a package handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to improving warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
