1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and more. This position requires the ability to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load/unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.
