1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Schedules:

Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
Schedule B: Rotating schedule involving working on 2 out of every 3 weekends.
Schedule C: Rotating schedule involving working every other weekend.
Schedule D: Monday-Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in meeting budget goals and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, stand, bend, reach, push, and pull.
