1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. We are currently hiring for Schedule D and Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
