1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Currently hiring for the following schedules:

• Schedule D
• Schedule A2
• Schedule B

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative work ethic.
• Adapt positively to challenges and change.
• Efficiently organize work and adhere to company standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
