1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
