Warehouse Package Handler - 1st Shift

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise efficiently in our warehouse. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.

Shift Available:

• 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect product quality and report issues
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform tasks according to company policies and procedures
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds
• Move merchandise for deliveries
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse
• Work in varying temperatures
• Operate powered industrial equipment
