1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role involves efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
