1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday, Mon-Tue off
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday, Wed-Thu off
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday, Sat-Sun off

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership
• Inspect products and improve processes
• Perform tasks within company policy and procedures

Job Qualifications:

18 years or older, follows ALDI Acts competencies, ability to collaborate, positive attitude, drive for success, efficient organization and execution

Skills/Abilities:

Interpret company policies, communicate effectively, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, teamwork

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, operate equipment, work in varying temperatures
