Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. The position entails efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
• Cooperate with management to improve processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and perform physical tasks.
