Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participates in taking inventory counts.
• Cooperates effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input for process improvement.
• Inspects products for quality and safety.
• Performs tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, etc.
• Working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
