Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the quality products they expect.

• $23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective operations.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate machinery safely.
