Job Description
We are hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. We are currently hiring for various schedules, including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B, with different working arrangements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and maintain product quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Display conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate organizational and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
