1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect and maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment.
