Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at ALDI. The role involves receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The position requires collaboration with team members, effective communication, adherence to safety guidelines, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating industrial equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and environments.
