Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill orders effectively. This position requires the ability to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience with basic arithmetic equations.
