1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently processing incoming stock, relocating merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
