Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
