1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. The position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on shift differentials. The role involves efficient stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading, warehouse cleanliness maintenance, and collaboration with peers and leadership. The job requires attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
