1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for an Entry Level Warehouse Worker to join ALDI on the 1st Shift. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
