1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and receive comprehensive training to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
