Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns promptly.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within established procedures.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
