Job Description
We are currently hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.
Currently hiring for:
- Schedule D
- Schedule B
Schedules:
- Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
- Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
- Schedule B: Every other weekend
- Schedule C: Every other weekend
- Schedule D: Monday-Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects and receives stock
- Relocates merchandise
- Sorts and loads merchandise
- Cleans and organizes warehouse
- Participates in warehouse inventory counts
- Cooperates with peers and leadership
- Provides input for process improvements
- Inspects product quality
- Acts independently within responsibilities
- Assists in achieving budgeted goals
- Performs tasks accurately and efficiently
- Follows safety guidelines
- Notifies management of concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 45 pounds
- Moving merchandise
- Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, carrying, and walking
- Working in varying temperatures
- Operating powered industrial equipment
