We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This role offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and various schedule options. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes. The ideal candidate should be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, drive for success, and organizational skills. Additionally, the role requires the ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
