1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and various scheduling options to suit different preferences. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest improvements to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Perform tasks efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
