Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for various duties including receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and suppliers. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Stand, bend, lift, and carry throughout the warehouse.
