Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. You will be part of a collaborative team that values quality, safety, and productivity.
Shift Information
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
- Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time
- Currently hiring for: Schedule D, Schedule A2, Schedule B
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift objects up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate machinery.
