Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as stock handling, merchandise organization, shipment preparation, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to uphold warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with peers and leadership.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
