Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, and provides various schedules for flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior and collaboration in a team environment.
• Possess a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize tasks, prioritize, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
