Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance, and collaborating with peers and leadership. This position requires attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
