Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a warehouse associate, you will play a key role in efficiently handling and organizing merchandise in our warehouse, ensuring products are ready for shipment to our stores. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any product issues.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
