Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders from stores accurately and efficiently.
• Handle merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and support budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and teamwork competencies.
• Show resilience, proactive attitude, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
