Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
