Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
