Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
