Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. Join us in a role where you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure a smooth operation. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk in warehouse settings.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
