1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. The role involves working 30-35 hours per week with starting wages up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. The position entails various schedules, including A1, A2, B, C, and D, each with distinctive working days and off days. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Job qualifications include being 18 years or older, acting conscientiously, collaborating with the team, demonstrating a positive attitude, striving for success, organizing tasks efficiently, and interpreting company policies. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and working in varying temperatures. The role also requires the ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
