Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
