1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, organizing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse management team to enhance processes and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
